We carefully package every PrintNests3D order to help ensure your 3D printed products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

We offer delivery across the UK. Delivery times and charges may vary depending on the product, order size and destination. Some items are made or printed to order and may require additional production time before dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM 3D PRINTS

Many of our products are created using 3D printing and may be produced specifically for your order. Production times can vary depending on the size, complexity, material and quantity required.

Custom, personalised and bespoke 3D printed products are made specifically to your requirements. Because of their personalised nature, these items cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your PrintNests3D order. If you receive an eligible standard product and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and securely packaged. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can investigate quickly.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution.

PLEASE NOTE

Colours and surface finishes may vary slightly between products due to the nature of 3D printing, materials, lighting and screen settings. Minor layer lines or small surface variations are a normal characteristic of the 3D printing process and are not necessarily considered defects.
